About Eric Garence

Eric Garence is a French illustrator specialized in the production of art posters.

In 2017, the brand Côte d'Azur France uses him for the production of illustrations representing the Côte d'Azur. He also designs for the promotion of France abroad, but also for the Principality of Monaco or for prestige brands such as the Fragonard House.

His influences come from early-20th-century posters and explorers such as Roger Broders or the Maison Deyrolle but also from the Ecole de Nice with Arman and Yves Klein.

2008 à 2015

  • Eric moved to Paris, where he joined a big digital consulting company. He leads a startup digital agency "Mobile and Connected Objects" which meets the success on the market of digital transformation, especially with large companies like PSA Peugeot Citroen, BNP Paribas, SNCF, La Poste, Canal Plus.
  • In Paris, he discovered the work of several artists who will have a great influence on his creations: Damien Hirst, Beckman Max, Daniel Firman, Bacon Francis, Basquiat, as well as the early arts in particular in contact with pop culture, Tiki Pop.

2005 à 2008 

  • He works for the company of Texas Instruments Semiconductors, he makes many trips between France and Sweden, this experience brings him closer to the digital industry
